Buyer's premium for boats and motorcycles: $100 on items under $1,000, and $195 on items over $1,000. Tax and titling fees are extra. Buyer's premium on appliances is a flat 10%. If paying with debit/credit cards, a 3.5% service fee is added to the price. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BY CLOSE OF AUCTION. Please bring proof of insurance for motorcycle purchases. AUCTION RULES 1. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS". NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 2. Buyers Premium: Appliances 10%; Boats and Motorcycles $100 on items under $1,000, and $195 on items over $1,000, which becomes part of the sales price and is subject to MN Sales Tax. All credit and debit card purchases will be assessed a 3.5% service fee. 3. All items must be paid for by close of auction. 4. All items must be picked up by Thursday at 4pm. 5. Large items will not be loaded until AFTER auction. 6. NSF Check: If any check given in payment is dishonored for any reason, the buyer agrees that if such check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney fees incurred, together with all court costs and associated expenses in the event suit is instituted.
